Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess – Celebrating the First Anniversary
Among the surprises of the Capcom Spotlight on June 26, 2026 we also saw Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess. This action strategy title is deeply inspired by Japanese folklore and mythology from Capcom, released in 2024. The team is celebrating the first anniversary with the launch of a DLC set for July.
Accompanied by the trailer that reveals the arrival of the Mazo Talisman: Yashichi Waves. A special Talisman that we can activate in-game, transforming some music tracks into 8-bit versions. A fun free content that will be part of the Anniversary Update for the game, which falls on July 19.
Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess – Latest Updates
Among the latest updates about Kunitsu-Gami, at the beginning of June we saw the new Update for the game. Introducing the new Otherworldly Venture game mode. A new mode for players looking for a challenge where we face endless waves of enemies and where the priestess cannot regenerate health.
Game Over is triggered if Yoshiro’s health bar hits zero. A strong challenge for players who will have to predict and strategize more intensely for positioning. The update was released on June 5, 2025, coinciding with the launch of the Nintendo Switch 2 version of the game.
