FromSoftware has announced that the existing Everdark Sovereigns in Elden Ring Nightreign will rotate over the next three weeks. These harder versions of the Nightlord bosses will rotate in pairs before new bosses drop.

The three Everdark Sovereign bosses introduced in June as an extra challenge for Nightfarers in Elden Ring Nightreign will rotate in pairs for the next few weeks.
FromSoftware will add new Everdark bosses to Nightreign soon, with an official release date expected towards the end of July.
What Are Everdark Sovereigns?
Everdark Sovereigns are more difficult versions of the various Nightlords within Elden Ring Nightreign. Each Sovereign is available to those who have defeated the original boss.
These limited-time bosses come with new moves and increased power, offering players a new challenge and rewarding them with Sovereign Sigils that they can trade for relics and other special items.
How the Rotation System Will Work
Before the next three Everdark Sovereigns enter, FromSoftware is rotating the existing ones: Gaping Jaw, Sentient Pest, and Darkdrift Knight for another three weeks.
The rotation will happen in pairs – players don’t have to defeat both at the same time – in the following order:
- July 10 – 17: Gaping Jaw and Darkdrift Knight
- July 17 – 24: Sentient Pest and Darkdrift Knight
- July 24 – 31: Gaping Jaw and Sentient Pest
From the Night, familiar terrors rise anew.

What This Means for Nightreign’s Endgame
By rotating the Everdark Sovereigns every week, FromSoftware is extending Elden Ring Nightreign’s replayability and introducing more challenging encounters that offer exclusive rewards.
The next three Nightlords to become Sovereigns will be Tricephalos, Augur, Equilibrious Beast, and Fissure in the Fog. An announcement stating the date is expected towards the end of July when this current rotation ends.
Conclusion
Nightfarers can take on the three existing Elden Ring Nightreign Everdark Sovereigns for another three weeks after FromSoftware announced they will rotate in pairs. Will you be taking on the challenge this month? Are you looking forward to the next Sovereigns? Share your thoughts in the comments.
