There’s also a physics system. You’ll need to be careful with fragile cargo, as every bump can become a problem. Think of it like Death Stranding—only in a car, and completely bonkers. The world of Deliver at All Costs is the island of St. Monique. You can explore the world on foot or with various vehicles.

The story is split into three acts and offers a mix of humor, mystery, and madness. Winston’s journey leads him through strange encounters with all sorts of characters. The game has a 1950s-style aesthetic. This includes authentic design, music, and even radio ads. The soundtrack is a mix of samba, rock & roll, and jazz. Depending on which region you’re in, the music changes.
