Dave the Diver has sold over 10 million copies worldwide across all platforms. The game entered Early Access in October 2022 and had its full release in July 2023. Since then, the game has been continuously ported to new platforms and expanded with DLCs. In just a few days, on September 17, Dave the Diver will also be released for mobile.

Dave the Diver Reaches 10 Million Sales

MINTROCKET and Nexon confirmed today that Dave the Diver has surpassed the 10 million units sold mark worldwide. These sales come from all current platforms. The game had already reached 1 million sales about 10 days after its full release on June 28, 2023.

In January 2024, it reached 3 million, and by November 2024, 5 million. This means that since the end of 2024, sales have doubled again. It is very clear that the game remains commercially successful through expansions even more than three years after its full release.

Why Dave the Diver Continues to Grow Years After Release

After its PC release via Steam, Dave the Diver was subsequently brought to other platforms:

The mobile version has been specifically adapted for smartphones with touch controls, motion/tilt controls, and optimized gameplay for mobile. The mobile version has been available in China since February, where it has already sold over one million times. With this, Dave the Diver is arriving on virtually the last major platform.
