The Grid is a structured digital space where hackers engage in card-driven combat and decision-based exploration. You’ll play as one of five characters, each with a unique storyline and mechanics. Every card you use produces Virtual Memory, a key resource needed to activate Commands and overcome challenges found throughout the map.

Play each card for both its effect and to generate Virtual Memory (VIM), enabling dual-purpose mechanics in every hand.
Activate Commands using VIM during battles, gaining access to powerful unlockable skills that impact combat outcomes.
Obtain new Program cards throughout exploration and replace weaker ones to enhance your deck’s overall efficiency.
Customize your Console using hardware mods and perks unlocked through progression, aligning system functions with your strategy.

As a big fan of roguelike deck-building games, Into the Grid really appeals to me, especially with its cyberpunk universe. The turn-based tactics really make you think. A lot of things seem interesting, particularly the dual resource system, stackable RAM, skill activations, etc. It's in early access, so development will continue. I can't wait to see what happens next.

I’m a fan of deckbuilding games and Into the Grid looks very impressive in the artistic side, the enemy and card designs are beautiful and perfectly cyberpunk inspired and there is also the isometric exploration of the map that invites the players to go deeper until defeating the mega corporations. As usual in deckbuilding games the gameplay loop is roguelike so you improve by repetition until having a perfect deck and skills to beat the game. Can’t wait to hack in this game
