Android 21 will be Playable in Dragon Ball FighterZ
In a surprising twist, the latest issue of V-Jump (translated by Gematsu) has revealed that Android 21 will be a playable character in Arc System Works’ upcoming fighter, Dragon Ball FighterZ. But that’s not the only surprise — the original character designed by Akira Toriyama specifically for the game will have a totally different look in battle.

Android 21 was first revealed as a lab-coat-donning intellectual who’s allegiance seemed ambiguous. V-Jump has however revealed her true form to be worthy of the game’s final boss.
Android 21 looks very Majin with her pink skin, white pants and love for sweets. Her hair is also white and her eyes look pure evil, plus she now has a tail. Her special move, “Tasting Cut”, has her grabbing opponents and absorbing their energy. This in turn gives her access to one of the opponent’s moves, giving her skills like the “Kamehameha”, “Solar Flare” and more. Her Meteor special move, “Hungry Time”, transforms her opponent into a tasty treat that she then eats.
Dragon Ball FighterZ now has 24 confirmed characters, which is right around the number Arc System Works wanted to concentrate on so they could build a “competitive” fighter. The game is due out on 26 January on PC, Xbox One and PS4.
