Will Doom 4 Be The Best-Looking Game of 2016?

Do you remember Doom? If you grew up in the 90’s most possibly you are familiar with it and definitely know the game by heart! Doom has been a house hold name as it has made the FPS genre popular back in the day. Starting with Doom in 1993, Doom 2: Hell on Earth in 1994, Doom 3 in 2004. Well, this coming May, you can rekindle your childhood with Doom 4, but in a more modern and high def way! Gone are the days of its old school graphics as we welcome the new and advanced technology its developers will bring.

Doom 4 runs on its powerful engine idtech 6, giving you an absolutely stunning game in all platforms, providing 1080p and 60 frames-per-second. The team’s goal is “to be the best-looking game at 1080p at 60 fps” said Lead Programmer Bill Khan.

So, what can gamers expect from all this? Well, prepare to be mind-blown with stunningly beautiful environment and amazingly realistic characters and “ it all comes together to deliver fast, immersive gameplay at a buttery smooth frame rate.

Doom 4 is set to be released on May 13, 2016 and will be available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. You can now pre-order Doom 4 and get the pre-order bonus Demon Multiplayer Pack which includes one unique and customizeable demon-themed armor set with three skins variations, six metallic paint colors, three id logo patterns that you can use on your weapons and armor, and also six hack modules.
