For the new year 2018, Destiny 2 merchant Xur is making a preview. This mysterious tentacle-faced merchant brings in Exotic gear and weapons which you can purchase with Legendary shards.

Xur does sell the Three of Coins as well as the Fated Engrams. The Three of Coins, however, is quite bugged, so it is suggested not to purchase that for now. If the Three of Coins is working correctly, it should give the player an increased chance of getting exotics. The Fated Engrams on the other hand, if not bugged will give you an Exotic that you don’t have.
Xur can be found at Io. In order to go to where he is, you must spawn in at the Giant’s Scar Landing Zone and use your Sparrow according to GameSpot. Xur could be found up the hill inside a cave.
He will be there up until 9 January and will change his location and merchandise in the weekly reset.Xur’s Merchandise List This Week:
