Death Stranding, the post-apocalyptic game from Hideo Kojima, and featuring Norman Reedus, is set to launch on PC next month, and ahead of its release Kojima Productions have revealed the Death Stranding PC system requirements.



Kojima Productions have released the minimum requirements and two sets of recommended PC requirements – and we have them all below for you.

Death Stranding PC System Requirements:

Minimum Specs:

  • OS: Windows 10
  • CPU: Intel® Core i5-3470 or AMD Ryzen 3 1200
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • GPU: GeForce GTX 1050 3 GB or AMD Radeon RX 560 4 GB
  • DirectX 12
  • HDD: 80GB
  • Sound cards: DirectX compatible

The minimum specs will put the game in 720p and run at 30fps, which is a little bit lower than the PlayStation 4.

Recommended 30fps Specs:

  • OS: Windows 10
  • CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 or AMD Ryzen 5 1400
  • RAM: 8GB
  • GPU: GeForce GTX 1050Ti 4 GB or Radeon RX 570 4 GB
  • DirectX 12
  • HDD: 80GB
  • Sound cards: DirectX compatible

Recommended 60fps Specs:

  • OS: Windows 10
  • CPU: Intel Core i7-3770 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600
  • RAM: 8GB
  • GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB or AMD Radeon RX 590
  • DirectX 12
  • HDD: 80GB
  • Sound cards: DirectX compatible

Death Stranding has been a smash-hit on the PlayStation 4 and is set to launch on PC on July 14, 2020, and with it brings extra PC support such as High Frame Rate, Photo Mode, and Ultra-Wide Monitor Support.

The latest game to be delayed because of the coronavirus pandemic is Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding for PC. The game was set to launch on June 2nd on the Epic Games Store and Steam.
