Toukiden: Kiwami is an action co-op RPG developed by KOEI TECMO GAMES CO., LTD. Step into the shoes of a Slayer with unique abilities tasked with battling oni to save mankind from destruction. Band together with other players to sever, pierce, and crush parts of the Oni, taking them down strategically.

• Some Oni you encounter will be many times larger than a human; defeating them will be a herculean task. Players must sever parts from the Oni’s body, pierce it, and then crush it in order to destroy it.
• Once an oni is defeated, it releases captured spirits called Mitama, which can possess your weapons and unlock certain powers you can use against other oni. There are over 300 Mitama for you to collect across time, each with a special illustration and voice.
• The player starts as a rookie Slayer in a Slayer village called Utakata and fights the Oni in areas that display characteristics of time periods ranging from ancient days to the early Shogunate.
• The veteran slayers of Utakata village will help you get situated, Ouka, a swordswoman with no equal, guiding and training the player until you save the human race.
