If you're looking to explore, solve puzzles, and fight with a sword, you've come to the right place. The game feels smooth and addictive, although at times the repetitive combat and some very simple puzzles can slow the pace down a bit. Visually, it’s a beast and it doesn’t require a NASA-grade PC! For those who were hoping for something true to the spirit of Plague Tale but with a little more action, this game more than delivers: it’s a well-executed, unique experience with its own identity and solid combat.
Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy is a spin-off that explores the lore behind the Macula from a different perspective and tells the tale of Sophia in her earlier years. Gameplay shifts to a more action oriented approach in terms of combat but stealth and puzzles are still a key part of the experience. Overall, it looks like a very solid entry in the series, worth it for fans and new players alike.
Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy looks like a fantastic addition to the series. The dark atmosphere, emotional storytelling and unique setting immediately caught my attention. As a fan of the previous A Plague Tale games, I’m really excited to return to this world. Definitely worth checking out for anyone who enjoys story driven games.
I havent played number 1 and 2 yet but i heard positive things about it so its cool they made another game
Really intriguing expansion of the Plague Tale universe! Dropping the rat swarms in favor of fast-paced swordplay and ancient ruins is a big change, but hopefully the storytelling holds up to the first two games (chucky_xs)
