Nightingale is a survival MMO but a peculiar characteristic, it has lots of world connected with portals, so players will be scattered into several worlds. To travel you have to align cards to the desired world, yes, like Stargates. Once there it is the usual survival loop, farm stuff, build a base, solo or with friends, explore, discover secrets, loot, kill bosses and then travel to another one. All this with a victorian era look. It will be a cool game.
