Pokémon Snap is a Pokémon photography game made by Nintendo a soft reboot of the original Pokemon Snap for the Nintendo 64 from 1999, in it, you play as an amateur nature photographer working for professor Mirror to investigate a strange phenomenon called Illumina where Pokémon and plants seem to emit a faint glow these phenomena seems to be exclusive to the Lental region.

• Explore the different Islands of the Lental region using NEO-ONE, a multipurpose vehicle that keeps you moving no matter the terrain from harsh deserts, lush jungles, to underwater cave systems, go anywhere the Pokémon might live.
• With each area, you visit you must photograph each Pokémon 4 times so professor Mirror can evaluate them, keep the best shots in your Photodex. Complete your Photodex by photographing every Pokémon in the Lental region.
• You can also save the pictures you took on your personal album a separate album from your Photodex. In it you can edit photos to make them look nicer and put stickers on them, once your done you can share them online using Nintendo Switch Online, compete with photographers all around the world in the global leaderboards.
