The Great Circle is nothing short of being one of the greatest games ever created with a swashbuckling adventure, brilliant and innovative gameplay, jaw dropping visuals and audio design and score off the charts. All I can say is thank you so much to Machine Games and Bethesda; playing this game felt like taking a time capsule back to my childhood, sat by my dad watching Raiders with not a care in the world.

Combat may still be a drag, but it’s not the main focus in any sense and is a minor blemish on an otherwise incredible experience. If this is what we can expect from Microsoft’s turn towards becoming a multiplatform behemoth, then the future looks very bright for Xbox games appearing on other platforms.
