As part of the online gaming experience EA's FIFA 23 Points is a pretty controversial one. Fifa Points are needed to buy Fifa Ultimate Packs, which are "booster" packs in which you find players needed to build your ultimate team as well as needed the higher you go the competitive ladder. While you can also use coins you earn, the ratio is pretty different as you'll need 2500 coins, but as you need many it will soon add up. Honestly suggest getting the cheapest option just to try it out
FIFA 23 Points, in my opinion, are not a good thing for the gaming community. The heavy reliance on microtransactions and the introduction of points systems in FIFA games have created an imbalance and unfair advantage for those willing to spend extra money. It promotes a pay-to-win mentality, where success in the game is often tied to how much money players are willing to invest. This undermines the competitive integrity and skill-based nature of the game, as it becomes more about purchasing virtual items rather than mastering the gameplay mechanics. It also creates a barrier for players who may not have the financial means to spend on these points, resulting in an unfair playing field. Additionally, the loot box mechanic tied to FIFA points has raised concerns about gambling-like elements in video games, especially when it involves younger players.
Kinda futile if you ask me, but to each their own! I guess if you want to speedrun Fifa it's great :P
I don't really like the microtransaction system for Fifa, but if you're going to buy some points, there are some good deals here
Wouldn't want to buy those points for a game like this, but they're here for anyone that loves the game.
