Overall, Everholm is a slightly spooky farming sim packed full of content and adorableness. I’ve already dedicated many hours to decorating my isometric homestead and solving mysteries in this beautifully crafted environment, and I’m not done yet.
I like the aesthetic vibe of Everholm, and the gameplay has an enticing daily routine cycle that will be a hit with fans of Stardew Valley. The supernatural mystery failed to hook me in, but the tasks were so enjoyable that it wasn’t as big of a deal as it should have been. But there are quite a few issues that sometimes break the immersion.
There aren’t many differences from other popular games in the genre as well. But if you know what you are getting into, Everholm delivers a solid experience.
