About DUSK

Dusk is a retro first-person shooter game inspired by the gameplay and style 90’s FPS legends like Doom, Quake, Blood, Half-Life, etc. developed by indie developer David Szymanski. Visit a world where butchery and bloodshed must be mastered in order to survive, play three distinct hand-crafted campaign episodes/chapters, battle through an onslaught of backwater cultists, possessed soldiers, and forces that are beyond your imagining that lurks deep beneath the earth.

• As with most retro-style FPS games, Dusk comes with an arsenal of weapons to choose from including the basic sickle, swords, crossbows, rifles, shotguns both the dual-wielded and double barrel variant, grenade launchers, and of course the classic rocket launcher.
• If you finished the campaign and are hankering for more of a challenge play the endless Survival Mode, you are front and center on the map while endless waves of merciless enemies come at you nonstop.
• Multiplayer: For those who are still looking for a real challenge face another player head-to-head in DUSKWorld arena multiplayer, battle online with friends or strangers online it is where the darkness hosts the worst of humanity.
• Dusk Features a metal soundtrack dripping with 90s influences composed by Andrew Hulshult.

DUSK Reviews

DUSK is a fun and enjoyable way to spend time for Quake veterans, where your brain can rest and free up space for your spinal cord. The game also features an endless mode for destroying waves of enemies, 16-player multiplayer, filter settings in the menu, and the ability to kill enemies with soap. Fans of modern shooters are encouraged to at least check out DUSK; it might be a revelation, and genre veterans have been playing it for a while.

DUSK is that rare throwback effort that not only demonstrates an intimate understanding of why we loved those retro shooters from 1990s, but also puts carefully implemented wrinkles in place that all feel like a natural progression of that classic formula. One of the most satisfying and atmospheric retro shooters available, you’ll find no stronger or better love letter to the halcyon days of PC shooters than DUSK.
