About DUSK

Dusk is a retro first-person shooter game inspired by the gameplay and style 90’s FPS legends like Doom, Quake, Blood, Half-Life, etc. developed by indie developer David Szymanski. Visit a world where butchery and bloodshed must be mastered in order to survive, play three distinct hand-crafted campaign episodes/chapters, battle through an onslaught of backwater cultists, possessed soldiers, and forces that are beyond your imagining that lurks deep beneath the earth.

• As with most retro-style FPS games, Dusk comes with an arsenal of weapons to choose from including the basic sickle, swords, crossbows, rifles, shotguns both the dual-wielded and double barrel variant, grenade launchers, and of course the classic rocket launcher.
• If you finished the campaign and are hankering for more of a challenge play the endless Survival Mode, you are front and center on the map while endless waves of merciless enemies come at you nonstop.
• Multiplayer: For those who are still looking for a real challenge face another player head-to-head in DUSKWorld arena multiplayer, battle online with friends or strangers online it is where the darkness hosts the worst of humanity.
• Dusk Features a metal soundtrack dripping with 90s influences composed by Andrew Hulshult.

DUSK Reviews

DUSK’s arrival on Switch has been a long time coming. But I’m honestly relieved that the creator took his time sanding down and sharpening every little corner of DUSK for its Switch debut. It feels like a game that was meant to be played on Nintendo’s console and uses its retro inspirations to pump new life into this particular genre of games. If you ask me, it’s the beginning of a new dawn.
