About this game

Arcadia Fallen is a 2D visual novel developed by Galdra Studios, you play as a young alchemist apprentice who was unwillingly bound to an illegal spirit. Drawn into a war between humanity and magic, join a group of unlikely heroes to escape their own doom, whilst also saving the world along the way. You are joined by a group of five companions, four of which you can have a romantic relationship. But if you don’t wish to romance anyone, you can still have a meaningful platonic relationship with everyone.

Arcadia Fallen is an immensely enjoyable visual novel for those who enjoy fantasy tales with quite a bit of character growth sprinkled throughout them. It isn’t a completely perfect experience, but I fondly remember the time I spent playing the game and I loved how the decision-making was implemented.

The art style might feel outdated, but if you can look past that, you will be treated to excellent voice-acting and some fun, yet simple puzzles. There’s also plenty of content here since you get four romance routes to try out and the opportunity to replay the game with different MC personality types, making it a whole new experience.
