I have seen a few win gift cards multiple times, but I can only win a gift card once a year, apparently. I love that you guys do this, just wish it would be a bit more fair toward those in the United States.

Hello Pepijn, The first scan of the bot to verify the steam profil can take up to 1 week. If it's been longer then that, you can reach us on our support (button "help") so we can assist you. After several years of unsuccessful attempts, I won a gift code for gamesplanet in the wheel. I couldn't even believe that this happened. But when I try to activate it, the site writes to me: This voucher code is not valid. I wrote to the support service, we'll see if there is any sense in this victory...
