Gamescom 2024 is kicking off in a few weeks in Cologne, Germany. This huge gaming expo will have tons of developers and publishers showing off their games and hardware. And of course, Ubisoft will be there too. Here’s what Ubisoft is bringing to Gamescom 2024.

Of course, the big publisher and developer Ubisoft will be at Gamescom 2024. Gamescom is the biggest international gaming expo in the world, held in Cologne, Germany. More than 1000 different exhibitors will be there, showing off the newest and coolest games, software, and hardware.

Ubisoft has snagged a big spot to show off their two newest games. One of them you can even try out at Gamescom. You’ll find Ubisoft in Hall 6.1 at stands B020 – C021 and C011 – B010. The Ubisoft stand will be huge and hard to miss in Hall 6. The stand will likely be themed around their current games.

What Games is Ubisoft Showing at Gamescom 2024

The first game Ubisoft is showing at Gamescom 2024 is Star Wars Outlaws. It’s a new open world title in the Star Wars universe. You play as Kay Vess, a small-time crook, but it quickly becomes clear her role in the universe is much bigger.

Star Wars Outlaws is set to release on August 30th for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. At Gamescom, you can test out the first mission of Star Wars Outlaws. Ubisoft has set up 100 PCs where you can get a sneak peek a week before the official release. The game is for ages 16 and up.

The second game Ubisoft will show off is Assassin’s Creed Shadows. It’s the latest in the popular Assassin’s Creed series and is set in 16th-century Japan during the Sengoku period. Fans have been waiting for an Assassin’s Creed with samurais for years, and now the release is pretty close.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to test the game at Gamescom. Instead, there will be a cinema with 400 seats where more details about the game will be shown. The focus will be on the different playstyles of the two characters. Assassin’s Creed Shadows is set to release on November 12th this year.
