The Callisto Protocol: 4-Year DLC Plan

Striking Distance Studios has a four-year DLC plan for upcoming survival horror The Callisto Protocol.

THE CALLISTO PROTOCOL DLC PLANS

The Callisto Protocol, the survival horror from Dead Space co-creator Glen Schofield, releases in December, but they’re already planning future DLC.

In an interview with TrueTrophies, Striking Distance Studios’ Mark James revealed they plan to support The Callisto Protocol for at least four years after its release.

James said, We view this as a full-service title, and we will be investing in DLC. We’re looking at four years of support after release.”

James continued to say they plan to tell more stories in The Callisto Protocol but left them open if they decide to “tell those stories through subsequent products.”

Whether Striking Distance Studios is planning a sequel or entirely new games is anyone’s guess, but it’s clear they plan to support The Callisto Protocol long-term.

THE CALLISTO PROTOCOL RELEASE DATE?

The Callisto Protocol releases on December 2 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
