Paradox Interactive has announced the release date for the upcoming Infernals Species Pack for sci-fi grand strategy game Stellaris. The DLC will introduce new species, origins, and volcanic planets when it launches on November 25, 2025.
The Infernals Species Pack is what Paradox is calling its “most ambitious Species Pack so far,” with the DLC exploring the origins of life on volcanic worlds.
Paradox has announced that Stellaris Season 9 will complete on November 25 with the 4.2 Corvus update and the Infernals Species Pack launch.

What the Infernals Species Pack Includes
The Infernals Species Pack will turn up the heat at launch, introducing the new Cosmic Dawn and Red Giant Origins. By choosing the Cosmic Dawn origin, you will see your species roam the stars in the early days of the galaxy. In contrast, the Red Giant origin will force you into tough decisions as your solar system expands and overheats.
