We’re getting closer and closer to the fateful release date of Sand Land, the new game by Bandai and also a work created by the legendary mangaka Akira Toriyama, behind the famous Dragon Ball and also the beloved Dr. Slump. Bandai released a brand new trailer dedicated to the new game on 15th April 2024, a trailer that definitely surprised many due to the particular musical track.
Unexpectedly, Bandai has decided to introduce the classic and always meme-centered Sandstorm by Darude into the brand new trailer for Sand Land. Well, it’s not an April Fools’ joke, and indeed the classic track has been implemented accurately and blends perfectly with the atmospheres of Sand Land. This new trailer shows a lot of action in rhythm, as well as the landscapes of the game’s vast desert, many characters, and a main focus on the powers and abilities of Prince Beelzebub, the protagonist of Sand Land.
Darude Sandstorm perfectly matches the themes of Sand Land in this new trailer, which combines the legendary track with the work of Akira Toriyama both released in the same year, the 2000. At the end of the trailer, however, there is a rather interesting detail: in fact, we see Beelzebub, Sheriff Rao, and Thief sucked into a vortex. A vortex that seems to take them to a world completely different from the desert dunes of Sand Land. And we have a confused Beelzebub in a lush mountain that would seem to be Forest Land, the neighboring world to Sand Land that seems to involve the main plot, especially the one related to the character of Ann.
Well, there are just less than 10 days left until the release of Sand Land. In fact, the release date is set for 26 April 2024, coming to PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. A definitely interesting title that combines exploration, vehicle enhancement such as Mecha, but also combat in the shoes of Prince Beelzebub. The listing price for the standard version is 59,99€ but thanks to Allkeyshop, pre-orders can already be found for just €40.
