I bought Cyberpunk global key and I had a holiday week. Wanted to spend nice time in the game. But once I paid I didn’t get any key. I asked for it in support and I was told there is no key left and I should get my money back in a week or so. I asked why they didn’t inform us before we buy. They should left a notice at least, but I didn’t get reply back. So it was the worst experience ever. They just took my money and fu*k off. Don’t use this site.
Anno 1800 Season 3 pass keys are out of stock. Didn’t say so though, I only heard that once I asked the customer service how long it would take.
They said the refund is in motion. Hoping that will happen.
