I tried to buy a game “IN STOCK” after paying I have been waiting 1 hour. No keys.
I contacted the support they sent me an email with 5 questions to answer like “Is it you who bought the game?” and others.
I asked the refund, they said they voided the transaction. I hope so.
Meaningwhile I rate the bad experience compared to other merchant that send the keys automatically after the purchase.

My order didn’t process after an hour. I contact their support, who then asked for a photo of my passport to prove I authorised the payment (not sure why this is necessary). I obliged, and they still said it’s too high risk and they will process a refund. Hard to feel like I haven’t just been scammed for my passport details

Hello everyone,

I had purchased multiple items from SCDKey, in two categories (XBOX, Itunes).

things to watch out for:
#availability of an item is not guaranteed at the time of purchase.
#*MAJOR* Support is essential for completing an order and it is entirely dependent on staff professionality and willingness to support.

the XBOX orders were either completed or refunded without much trouble, while the single iTunes order was a nightmare! it remains unfulfilled over 24 hours later.
photo ID was requested through a shady looking *plain text* email.
a refund was offered (delayed till morning Central China time) once the photo ID request was denied by the client a.k.a. me.

4 stars for the Xbox experience, 0.5 stars for the iTunes experience.

TLDR: Had to go through a lot of stuff to get my payment verified and get my code.

After the payment I have only recieved the paypal email, so I asked the support how lond will it take to get my code. He said 10 hours because they need to check stuff, so I was sure I’m not going to get anything. I tried asking for refound, and he said that I’ll recieve an email with 4 questions. I answered them, and asked the support guy what will happen. He said I need to send a picture of my ID card, so I asked him if it wouldn’t be easier if they just sent me the code. He said that after I send the pic of my ID card, I will recieve the code, so I sent it. It took a while, but he checked it and said that if I log in, ill find my key in the Purchases menu, and I found it there, under the line that said that “payment verification was complete”.
I wonder if they would have contacted me with that “payment verification” if I wouldn’t have contacted them.

Sorry about the issue you encountered with this Scdkey. Did you use the same email for registration than your PayPal email? If not, those verification will happen almost all the time for most of the stores.
