Got scammed for 11 EUR . They gave credentials that were already used (email has been changed for someone else's @gmail.com). I don't even see the point in contacting support as I did not buy their extra protection. They clearly state on their support page that they don't really care about your problems if you did not buy their protection. Ah, and button "Contact Us" on an order page doesn't even work:)

It’s a trustworthy platform with great deals, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for fast and affordable digital products.
They have bad sellers that don't deliver the products and then they'll try to refund you with their wallet money so you can only spend it there and risk going through all that again or or lose money to fees that normally they are obliged to pay but they want to charge you. Unbelievable.

Коликомима овде: On 21.03.2026. I purchased the key form SELLER ON FRONT STORE - RESELLER K4G, key was bad for my region by Steam error anyway, I reported to K4G, they refunded me in less then 30 minutes, oredered at 09:16 they refunded me in 09:35! Then i purchase 4 games without any issue!
My Order was cancelled on their side during the ordering process, afterwards the payment wasn't refunded to my original payment option. Instead they "refunded" it to their K4G Wallet. So they keep my money, and I can't use it in any other place to get what I wanted. I opened a ticket to which I only received an automatic reply, since then radio silence, their supposed 24/7 support is a lie. Despite previous successes ordering in this store, this hassle isn't really worth it buying here.
