Had to wait for manager before they took any actions, which is 2 days, now they tell me i’ll have to wait another 3 days for a refund. Key was 12 digits long instead of 16 digits.

Dodgy as – CD-Key wouldn’t activate. Contacted their support – told to wait 2 days for a manager to look at it. Asked for a refund – no. Asked for a replacement key – nope. Initiated Paypal dispute. Purchase a key elsewhere – activated no problems. Selling dodgy keys or incorrect keys.
