I bought RE Village (Steam ROW). Cheapest price available at the moment. The key arrived in 2.5 minutes. No PayPal support AFAIK, only credit/debit card. The website could be improved but overall I'm satisfied with the experience. Seems to be based in Norway.

Fake adds .... say's that is selling F1 22 for steam global at 34.77€ but when you go to the site the game is for origin .... nice scam
