If you have bought a game for the wrong region, you can get in touch with their support, who will help you fix it. You will need to provide screenshots as proof.

Eneba is one of my favorite shops to buy keys from. my only problem is that all coupons (like "AKS13", published here) not working anymore, which makes their prices no longer as relevant as they were before.

But AKS13 works? I mean, did you try to use the link near the code? When you go directly Enaba and try to use the code, you cant (dont know why). However through the link, you can.
