"Instant key delivery" doesn't mean instant key delivery. You have to have you order manually approved by their "anti-fraud team" so don't expect to be able to play your game quick. They could at least tell us in bold letters that they would do this before the purchase! Had I known this I would have gone elsewhere.
Paid them then immediately flagged as under review for fraud? Despite signing in with a google account. Apparently it takes 'a few hours maximum.' Waste of time and money, if I even get the game which apparently the person below me didn't after having the same experience.
They are scammers! They sold me a key for Office that was all ready activated. when I contacted them, they said it had been activated the same day I purchased the key, ( activated many hours before I even puchased the key) therefore they would not give me a refund!
Absolutely terrible experience. Got flagged by some automated anti-fraud system and was asked to submit some documents to "prove" my identity. Submitted them, and got my order cancelled due to the key being "out of stock" only to be told afterwards that I can make the purchase again, but for a higher price. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
They have been scaming a lot of people, myself included, boiught a key from them in february never worked never got my money back. Lost 60€ don t let it happen to you. Please be aware.
