yeah, this might be the best choice. I was lucky that I paid with PayPal, and thus had an option to get my money back. I already saved a lot of money with other deals I found here on allkeyshop, so paying 10 Euros more for a legit copy of SimCity didn’t hurt that much. ^^

it’s all in the hands of PayPal now, and I’m sure it’ll be resolved soon. They tend to have a “no-bullshit” policy when it comes to stuff like this.

Well, after the escalation to a claim, they didn’t react anymore at all, making me wait the whole “grace period” before PayPal took the matter in hand itself and immediately refunded me fully… in Euros.
Conclusion: CDKeyHud.com is definitely not very customer-friendly when it comes to getting money back for something the never delivered in the first place. I’ll definitely not buy anything from them ever again, and suggest nobody else does either.
Pre-ordered a cheaper Sim City key (before the offer disappeared completely), which was supposed to be delivered on either the 8th or the 9th of the month. On the 8th, I received a message that they didn’t get their keys yet, but will deliver on the 11th.
This turned out to not be the case either, so I tried to cancel the order. After 2 days, I still did neither get any message from them, nor my money back, so I opened a dispute on PayPal. After 1 1/2 days, they replied and told me to close the dispute because they supposedly could not refund the money in Euros, only in USD. Naturally, I refused to give up on my only resort to get my money back and was forced to escalate it to a claim.
tl;dr: Untrustworthy store, do not buy from them.
After 4 days i’ve got an answer that I will not receive my key.
