I try to buy “A Plague Tale: Innocence” through paypal. After I paid I expect to receive the key. Instead I receive an email demanding to verify my account with a selfie while I grab my ID document or similar.
I’ve send an email, and tried to talk with online support, no answer.
Delivery time: not instant(probably scam)
Online chat support: it has the button
Support respond time: not instant(2 hours after I wrote them, still nothing)
For what I read in trustpilot, every negative review, is about the document id. I truly believe the rest is made up, and are not real people.
Don’t buy here. This is stupid to ask ID documents. Allkeyshop should remove them imediately.
