Lies of P is a soulslike video game loosely based on the 1883 popular Italian novel The Adventures of Pinocchio by Carlo Collodi. But unlike the novel where the nose is more like a “curse”, the game actually uses it as a weapon.

In Lies of P, you will control Pinocchio as he travels the city of Krat overrun by monsters and madmen. You will be equipped with a variety of weapons and armor plus potions and bombs to fight off enemies while learning the history of Krat and its demise.

How to play Lies of P for free?

After a few days of early access for those who bought the game’s Deluxe Edition, Lies of P releases in full for everyone today. Many gamers were waiting for this day to arrive but not as much as those with Game Pass subscription as this launched as a Game Pass day one title.

Although the initial date for Game Pass drop was on release day September 19, 2023, it was actually made available a day before. But don’t worry if you didn’t catch wind of that news. Today, you can start playing Lies of P for free too! ..well as long as your Game Pass subscription is active.
