Capcom has finally announced the release date for Monster Hunter World. Those who were looking forward to a release date for Monster Hunter World on PC can be happy since the game is coming next month!

In January, Capcom explained why the PC version of Monster Hunter World will be released a few months after the launch on the consoles.

The producer of the game, Ryozo Tsujimoto said that because it was the first PC title of the team, the team wanted to make sure it’s going to be perfect. In addition, the team had to build a new PC-specific matchmaking system.

Monster Hunter World was released on January 26 for PS4 and Xbox One and arrives on PC next month on August 9.

In addition to the release date for the PC, we found out more information. Players who will pre-order Monster Hunter World on Steam before launch will receive some bonus items such as the Fair Wind charm and the Original Armor Set. The game will also have a Digital Deluxe edition that includes a set of samurai armor, three gestures (Ninja Star, Zen and Sumo Slap) and other interesting elements.

Capcom states that updates made to the game on console versions will be “gradually applied” to the PC edition. The developer also confirmed that the PC version will support 4K and 60 FPS.
