Phil Spencer is the CEO of Microsoft Gaming and has been at Microsoft since 1988, when he joined the company as an intern.

Since then, Spencer has held roles such as Executive Vice President of Gaming, Head of Xbox, and Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Studios.
