Lies of P (LOP) is a Souls-style action RPG developed by Neowiz and Round8 Studio. A South Korean collaboration with the first reveal of the game in May 2021. Following the gameplay reveal at Summer Game Fest 2023, gaining massive interest from genre fans, taking us into a dark steampunk version of the renowned Pinocchio by Collodi.
With the official launch on September 18, 2023 on Xbox and PC, and the following day on PlayStation. Lies of P – Reached the 3 Million Milestone with Overture
With about 2 weeks since the surprise launch of the Lies of P Overture DLC, the Neowiz team brings fantastic news. Announcing on June 20, 2025 the new 3 million milestone in copies sold. Record achieved by the combined sales of the base game and the DLC.
The team thanks the community for the support and confirms some interesting data. About 90% of the game’s sales came from fans outside Korea, mainly from the USA, Europe, and Japan. With the adventure in the Krat of the Belle Epoque of Overture making the DLC the number one best-selling game of the week on Steam.

A fantastic milestone for the Neowiz and Round8 Studio team. With a project that turned out to be a real success. Round8 Studio, led by Choi Ji-won, managed to bring the highly ambitious project. And with Neowiz adding to its game portfolio a solid non-live-service game.
