Jump Space Now Available in Early Access on Steam and Game Preview on Xbox Series X/S!

Jump Space (JS) is the co-op action shooter in PvE style from the team at Keepsake Games. A Swedish indie development team founded in 2021 that is debuting with JS. In development since its founding and planned for launch in 2025. The year the team also released the first Beta in February 2025 with solid success.

Followed by the Open Beta Demo from the June Steam Next Fest, counting over 500,000 players as one of the most played demos. Jump Space: Now Available in Early Access

Today finally marks the official launch of Jump Space by Keepsake Games. A game previously known as Jump Ship, and updated just a few days before Gamescom 2025. An event during which the team confirmed the launch date of JS. It debuts in Early Access on Steam and Xbox Series X/S, on:

  • 19 September 2025 at 7:00 AM PT | 10:00 AM ET | 16:00 CEST

Bringing a mission-based PvE adventure in Co-op for up to 4 Players, exploring various planets in the Galaxy. With the interesting mechanic of seamless transition from our ship to on-foot exploration, and vice versa, without interruptions. Amidst aerial, space, and action-packed ground combat. All at a launch price of $19.99 | £16.75 | 19,50€.

 

Jump Space: Gameplay and Key Features

The debut title from Keepsake Games thus offers a fun co-op mission experience. All with a space theme featuring combat on the ground and aboard your own spaceship. Overall, it offers:

  • Tackle Missions Across Space: With carefully crafted missions that can be approached in various ways, complete with unexpected events. Where collaboration and organization with your teammates will be crucial to completing the mission.
  • Customize Your Spaceship: You’ll have numerous customizations for your ship, from repairing damage to many upgrades for its attack, maneuverability, and defense capabilities. Offering plenty of parts to find during your missions across space.
  • Play in Co-op or Solo: With the option to tackle missions in co-op with 3 other players. Or even take on everything alone for those looking for a challenge.

With the post-launch arrival of an Offline mode, as well as an Endless Mode and Chapter 2. A chapter arriving shortly after the launch, up to Q1 2026, through various Updates. Also including new firearms and melee weapons, enemies, ships, and much more. Through various Chapters that will lead to the Version 1.0 Launch, which is still to be determined.
