FIFA 22 is just on the horizon now, and ahead of its launch, EA have announced massive changes to the Player Career mode, and in this article, we go on a deep dive into all the new updates and features.
EA’s FIFA 22 will feature many new updates and features, and some of the most significant changes come to Player Career as the developers try to make the mode more realistic and enjoyable.
Earning Experience and Leveling Up
XP is at the heart of everything you do in Player Career, and you can earn it through the following ways:
Match Rewards – At the end of every match, you will earn XP based on your performance, your Match Rating. Your Match Rating reflects your actions on the pitch, including goals scored, tackles and aerial duels won, and successful passes.
Training – You can boost your experience by completing three training sessions per week. Completing drills suitable to your preferred position earns you more XP. In addition, you will earn a bonus XP for every training drill you play for the first time and for playing rather than simulating the sessions.
Match Objectives – You can choose to complete enhanced objectives, and doing so will grant you bonus XP rewards.
Player Growth and Skills
With all that experience earned, it’s time to level up using the skill points unlocked, and how you choose to reinvest those points is up to you.
