Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition: Everything You Get in the New Complete Package
With Fallout 4’s tenth anniversary, the Anniversary Edition of the hit open-world RPG is bringing tons of new goodies. Let’s dive in and see what’s waiting for us!
Fallout 4 is the fourth main installment in Bethesda’s legendary RPG series. A series originally created and developed by the Interplay team and acquired by Bethesda Softworks in 2004. It marked a radical shift from the turn-based RPG experience, to a real-time, first or third-person adventure.
This fourth installment debuted on 10 November 2015, and is set in The Commonwealth region in the year 2287. That’s about 10 years after the events of 3, and 210 years after the Great War. The team has announced this installment with an Anniversary Edition to celebrate the 10th Anniversary.
Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition Available Now
As revealed during Fallout Day 2025, the Bethesda team is finally releasing Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition. This is the celebratory version for the 10th Anniversary of the chapter following the Sole Survivor’s adventures in the post-apocalyptic area of Massachusetts.
This edition specifically includes all 6 expansions from the base game, plus over 150 creations from the Creation Club. That’s the community program and platform, offering community Mods curated by the team that add new weapons, armor, companions, and crafting to the experience.
What’s new in the Commonwealth for the Anniversary Edition?
As confirmed, the additions for the Anniversary Edition are mainly content from the Creation Club. It’s bringing over 150 additions that were already previously available from the program. On top of that, the team is adding 9 special additions, namely:
- Institute Plasma Weapons
- Ion Gun
- Bunker Home Pack
- Cyber Dog
- Sea Scavengers
- Brahmin Armor
- Railroad’s Clandestine Couture
- Repurposed Power Armor Helmets
This is also accompanied by the launch of the “Tale of the Beast Hunter” content from the fans at Hobgoblin Studios, with a new challenge heavily inspired by the Mojave from New Vegas. Plus, starting 10 November, you can download some new free content from the Club, including:
- Morgan’s Space Suit
- Doom Classic Marine Armor
- Doom BFG
- Quake Thunderbolt
- Fantasy Hero Set

In Conclusion: An Anniversary with a Bit of Disappointment
This is definitely a controversial DLC for fans, with a paid celebratory bundle that really only brings community content. And a real letdown for the 10th Anniversary of Fallout 4, which is still one of Bethesda’s most-played games. It’s a testament to the strong replayability of the team’s titles. With the hope of something more substantial for the 15th Anniversary of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim on 11 November 2026.
