Those with access to the Escape From Tarkov: Arena beta are those who have pre-ordered the Arena DLC. If you want early access to the beta, you can get it if you buy an Escape From Tarkov: Arena game key.

Beta invites are coming in waves, with more players sent invites once servers are stable enough. Once you have an invite, you need to download the Escape From Tarkov launcher and sign into your Tarkov account.

From there you can install the Escape From Tarkov: Arena and launch the game.

COMPETE IN 5V5 MATCHES IN ESCAPE FROM TARKOV ARENA

Escape from Tarkov Arena has multiple game modes, including ranked, custom, and unranked modes. However, the unranked modes are currently unavailable in the closed beta.

Shootout: Tournament is a mode in which six teams of two players or four teams of three compete in a round-robin style tournament until a final fight determines the winning side.

Teamfight: No one’s left behind is a 5v5 mode in which two teams compete across seven rounds.

Those familiar with Escape from Tarkov will be fine in Arena as the same weapons are used, and the economy is similar. As for those jumping into it, it can take a little while to grasp, but EFT is a hardcore game for those who are serious about FPS games.
