Streum On Studio is a French development team founded in 2007. It’s mainly known for E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy from 2011. The development team was acquired in 2021 by Focus Entertainment after a long partnership with the famous French publisher Focus Entertainment.

Acting as a publisher for several small AA development studios, they’ve brought many surprises over the years. This includes the Plague Tale series by Asobo Studio, as well as several Warhammer 40K titles like Space Marine II and Boltgun. Streum On Studio: Announcement of the Decision to Leave Focus Entertainment

With a surprise announcement on June 13, 2025, the Streum On Studio team announces they’ve become independent again. They confirm the end of their collaboration with the well-known publisher Focus Entertainment (FE), which began after the success of their first project: E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy.

They’ve also dropped a Teaser, announcing the arrival of their first project as an independent studio almost 15 years after E.Y.E. Surprise surprise, the team will reveal the new game in the summer of 2025, also launching their new website and rebranding to Streumon Studio.

Who is Streum On Studio and what does their upcoming title have in store?

This is some pretty exciting news. A development studio mostly known for their highly praised E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy. Offering a futuristic action game set in a dystopian world, based on the AVA board game designed by the same team. Over the years, under Focus Entertainment, they’ve focused on licensed Warhammer games, including Space Hulk: Deathwing and Necromunda: Hired Gun.

Acquired fully by FE in 2021, and now after almost 4 years, they’re finally independent again. Their new project, from what’s been shared so far, looks like an immersive action game. With an environment that really reminds us of the beloved E.Y.E, somewhere between cyberpunk and surrealism. Fans are hoping for a sequel or a spiritual successor to the game.
