This is the only key site I don't use, because they block your purchases after having taken your money, asking for your ID, claiming it's for your security. This is an ID scam website and nothing more. Buy yours keys from literally any other website. AVOID.
Absolute scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM HK They put your order on hold and request a selfie along with a picture of your government issues photo ID... They are blatantly stealing sensitive information and likely selling it on the side. There is no reason at all for them to ever request this from you. DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM. This is information security 101, they are holding your purchase hostage and demanding your personal data all while pretending to be concerned with "security".
attempted to purchase a key from them, and was told I needed a "verification" that was a picture of my id. no way to easily cancel an order either.
I bought a game and was told the activation code would be available under “My Products,” but that section shows no games at all. I contacted support and haven’t received any response yet. I can’t access the product I paid for, and the process is confusing and frustrating. Very disappointing experience.
