1. The vendor provided an already used Steam product code (order #1642678); 2. I opened a ticket to ask a refund, the vendors asked me to provide additional information, shifting the burden of proof; 3. I provided those info; 4. No answer from the vendor; 5. I filed a refund request through PayPal providing evidences, so I got my refund

Bough a copy of Ixion. Took some time to validate the payment (about 10-15 min.) but the code worked fine. I would say though since people are reporting mixed experiences to be wary and not purchase anything too expensive from here as the site seems to take a hands-off approach to dealing with issues regarding invalid keys.
