February was a busy month for Nintendo with multiple showcases and now March has literally just started and here we are again with another one. The Nintendo Indie World Showcase goes live in less than an hour so if you’re into indies, you’re going to want to tune in.
Nintendo Indie World Showcase on March 3
Nintendo announced that its first 2026 Indie World Showcase is happening on March 3, 2026 at 6AM PT / 9AM ET / 2PM GMT. It’s a quick showcase that will run for 15 minutes and will feature upcoming indie games for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2.

Since the announcement is a bit short notice, insiders didn’t really have time to investigate what games could be shown in the broadcast. Which is good too so no one is disappointed and everyone gets excited.
The last Nintendo Indie World Showcase was in August last year and featured over 15 games which included Mina the Hollower, UFO 50, Ball x Pit, and Little Kitty Big City. Just based on that, we can definitely get excited.
