This weekend is certainly one of the busiest in terms of video games. We have the release of some highly anticipated games, and Nvidia is launching new drivers along with some interesting news.

Nvidia has just released the new Game Ready Driver 566.36 (WHQL). Essential gaming drivers for an optimal experience with new games. And we’re talking about quite a few exciting releases this first weekend of December.

We also have news regarding the new Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Marvel Rivals, Path of Exile 2, and Delta Force. But also some upcoming updates for Fortnite, Forza Motorsport, Stalker 2, and many more.

Nvidia Game Ready Driver: Optimizing Indiana Jones, Marvel Rivals, and Path of Exile 2

With an official blog post on Nvidia’s site from December 5, 2024, the Green Team talks about the features available and coming with the new driver. Version 566.36 of the Nvidia Drivers introduces support for the following new releases:

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle

The highly anticipated new adventure of Indiana Jones with the launch on 9 December, or already available from 6 December with the Premium Edition. We’ll have support for DLSS 3 and Frame Generation, as well as Ray Tracing with Global Illumination.

Marvel Rivals

A fantastic Hero Shooter with Marvel characters, released on 6 December2024. Nvidia confirms we’ll have support for DLSS 3 and Frame Generation, along with Nvidia Reflex to reduce game latency by around 50%. As an Unreal Engine 5 title, Ray Tracing will be software-based with Lumen.

Delta Force

Another competitive title on Unreal Engine 5 that debuts with the Global Open Beta on 6 December 2024. Nvidia guarantees support for DLSS Super Resolution, Ray Tracing, and Nvidia Reflex, allowing us to adjust visual effects in a well-optimized game.

Path of Exile 2

6 December 2024, also marks the Early Access of Path of Exile 2 from Grinding Gear Games. Many can finally get their hands on the new chapter of PoE. With DLSS and Nvidia Reflex for a responsive experience.

New Features with NVIDIA Driver: Ray Tracing, New Profiles, and More

Along with the new releases, the new Nvidia Driver adds support and compatibility for some games. We have Ray-Traced Global Illumination support coming to Forza Motorsport, celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the series this December 9. There’s also an improvement of Nvidia Reflex on Fortnite Chapter 6 with 46% less latency.

And new optimized profiles for: Farming Simulator 25, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl. The Game Ready Drivers are available on Nvidia’s new App. An app that combines the functionalities of GeForce Experience with an intuitive design and many options. So, don’t forget to update your Drivers if you want the best experience this weekend!
