About SIFU

Sifu is a 3D beat-em-up style fighting game inspired by the spectacular Asian kung fu movies of old, developed by the independent French studio behind the hit multiplayer fighting game Absolver Slocap games. You play as a young kung fu student seeking vengeance for the murder of his whole family, you are on your own in this journey all you have to your name is your kung fu skills and a mysterious family pendant all that’s left of your family’s legacy.

• Your investigation will take you through hidden corners of the city, from gang-ridden suburbs to the hallways of corporate buildings. All of these you have to do in one day, if you fail the price to pay is time, but fear not the more you age the wiser you get while also giving away some benefits of being younger.
• Sifu is unlike any other beat ’em up game you have played, you won’t win if you just keep blocking and mashing buttons. Careful positioning and clever use of the environment is key, use everything you can get your hands on from equipable objects that can be used as weapons to the very room itself like windows, doors, and ledges if you want to survive and prevail against your numerous foes.
