Yes, STALKER 2 is given some leeway due to the circumstances surrounding its development. But again, there are too many bugs, the AI leaves a lot to be desired, and some aspects of the game are frustrating. For now, I’m waiting for 2.0—the major patch coming out at the same time as this DLC—before deciding whether to get the DLC. Even though, honestly, I’m really hyped for it; the content and the story have me hooked.
Stalker 2 Cost of Hope is the new DLC that, 2 years after release, will allow us to visit the nuclear plant and the iron forest. I remember being sad when I couldn't even get close to the plant, as it was accessible in the original Stalker and I wanted to see it with updated looks. The DLC will fix that, with 2 new areas to explore, new equipment, new faction rivalries and of course lots of enemies to kill and artifacts to find. This DLC will make Stalker 2 the perfect rounded survival game
