A Resident Evil 3 Steam account is an account that has purchased the game Resident Evil 3 on the Steam platform. The game is available in this account's Steam library, once downloaded, you can play it.
On this Steam account, Resident Evil 3 is available in the library. Remember to change the password for this new Steam account and the associated email. Family sharing is also an option, which allows you to play the game directly from your own account.
