About this game

Patch Quest is a combination of a lot of genres you’re familiar with roguelikes, Metroidvanias, and monster-taming games developed by Lychee Game Labs. You are trapped in a labyrinth surrounded by vicious monsters with only your trusty lasso by your side. Capture and tame any monsters you come across and use them to leap, glide, surf, tunnel, and web-sling through the treacherous patchwork maze. It seems simple at first but do you have the skills to carve a path through this island shuffling maze?

• This place was once home to an ancient civilization now it’s been fully reclaimed by nature. Terrifying monsters, rugged terrain, and trap-infested ruins are all a fact of life here not to mention that every night a powerful storm shuffles the terrain around completely changing the landscape every morning.
• Almost every part of the island is crawling with dangerous monsters, on the outside they might look friendly and cute but you’ll soon find out if you get close that they are dangerous predators and wild animals. Fortunately, the lasso you brought with you can tame them, mount them and use their abilities to escape from this place like flying, swimming, and leaping away from dangerous terrain.
• It’s all about using what you are dealt with as strengths to collect plants, monsters, and minerals which you can use to unlock and discover a network of shortcuts that stretch through the entire maze which you can use to delve even deeper into the island’s underbelly. Maybe you can even use it to unravel the mystery of what happened to the previous civilization who had made this their home.
